– A New Approach to Reduce, Eliminate or Prevent Neck, Back, or Shoulder Pain –

Cécile will offer a free experiential intro on the unique concept of “Integrated Functioning” — a path to ease of movement and ease of being. In this introduction, participants will discover movement, posture, and self-image misconceptions that often feed their pain.
Through simple yet powerful awareness cues, participants will begin to experience a new way of moving—and being—without strain or stress. This approach designed to provide sustainable results impacts daily life on a mind, body, heart, and soul level.
Be dressed in comfortable clothes that do not restrict movement if you intend to participate.

Attendees new to this work will also have the opportunity to schedule a discounted private session with Cécile at the Center, right after the event or at her local office at a later date.

Cécile will also introduce her new book “Body Wisdom Magic” – with a “Foreword by Mary Morrissey” –  a world-renowned personal growth speaker, life coach and best-selling author. There will be a book signing opportunity at the end of the event.

With Sarah Shulman trained in Peruvian Shamanism, Cécile will co-host this event – weather permitting. We will harness the Renewal Energy of Spring and New Moon combined with the Cleansing Energy of Fire to promote in each of us a renewal of energy for our life goals and dreams.

Cécile will also introduce her new book “Body Wisdom Magic” – with a “Foreword by Mary Morrissey” –  a world-renowned personal growth speaker, life coach and best-selling author. This book is a perfect daily companion to assist participants in their intention for the present and the future for their everyday life.
