Rather, it has to do with how you use your body whatever you may be doing. It has to do with functioning in an integrated way which manifest with ease of movement, natural good posture, good coordination and balance. It has to do with living your life with trust rather than drama.

When you can activate your whole-body intelligence, it means you have learned to get out of your own way. And that shows in how you move and how you behave in life. Not so much that there is a state of perfection to attain. It is not about perfection but right intention in action.

It is about a mindset shift.
