COACHING THROUGH MIND BODY & HEART INTEGRATION
As promised, here are brief descriptions of some of the ICM processes I reference in Inner Shifts and my webinars. These descriptions are intentionally simple. The real experience happens when we engage the nervous system directly.
The Rapid Result Process: This process is for situations where you feel stuck in a current situation — even though you want to move forward. It gently shifts your focus away from the problem and reconnects you with your inner resources. towards the best next step solution. People often feel a surprising amount of ease within minutes, and you can repeat a version of it at home in about 5 to 10 minutes.
The SuperConscious Transformation Process: This is for challenges rooted in deeper layers of your past — or even in generational patterns. This process supports clearing those multidimensional ties without reliving trauma. We partner with SuperConscious intelligence (Source, Universal Intelligence — whatever aligns with your beliefs) to clear what you’re ready to release, at a pace that is right for your nervous system to handle with ease. Most people feel lighter, clearer, and more open to possibility immediately after.
The Bucket Process: This process is designed to help you release accumulated stress, overwhelm, and emotional charge related to a specific life situation or goal. It uses a visual and kinesthetic approach to externalize internal stress, making it easier to identify, process, and release the energy of what’s been in the way. This method uses the right brain’s symbolic pattern recognition to represent a network of related emotions, thoughts, behaviors, or beliefs using a single container. It also combines with the SCT Process.
The 3 Chair Process: People tend to project a lot of things (beliefs, emotions, ways of operating) onto money that have nothing to do with money – this process is a way to help clear some layers of those projections. The process can be modified to address and transform people’s relationship with other things like their body, other people, etc… This comes from an NLP founder. Connections to parental figures and other role models often resurface and with this process, we can give them back what we unconsciously internalized from them so we can live our own life more fully and with more agency.
